Terms of Service

By creating a 3DArch account or using the editor, browser app, or desktop app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One person or organization per account unless a team plan is in effect.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. Fees are stated in USD and exclude taxes unless noted. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next renewal.

Do not misuse the Service. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or resell the Service; (b) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; (c) attempt to breach security or access other users’ projects; or (d) overload or disrupt our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by 3DArch, Inc. and its licensors. You retain all rights to the models, drawings, and content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use any imported models, materials, or assets. You may export and delete Your Content at any time. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; export tools remain available for a reasonable window where feasible.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” 3DArch does not warrant that outputs, quantities, or drawings are error-free or fit for regulatory submission. You are responsible for verifying all designs, measurements, and code compliance before construction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DArch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
