Our mission

Professional architecture tools should be fast, affordable, and open in a browser.

We're building 3DArch so that a student, a solo drafter, and a studio can all reach for the same precise, all-in-one tool — without a five-figure license or a stack of apps that don't talk to each other.

The why

We were drafters and BIM leads before we were a software company. Every project meant the same tax: draw in AutoCAD, rebuild it in SketchUp to see it, model it again in Revit for the data. Three files, three sources of truth, endless re-exporting — and one late change that had to be made three times.

So we built the tool we always wanted: one model where the 2D line, the 3D wall, and the BIM object are the same thing.

The “one model” philosophy

A drawing is a view, not a document. Change the model and every view — plan, section, elevation, 3D, schedule — is already correct.

Draw once. See both.
Precision is not a premium feature.
The browser is a serious place to work.

How we got here

2022

Two drafters, one frustration

We sketch the first prototype: a 2D plan that extrudes to 3D in the same file.

2023

The shared model clicks

BIM data joins the model. Plan, 3D and schedule finally stay in sync automatically.

2024

Into the browser

3DArch runs entirely in the browser — nothing to install, projects saved to the cloud.

2025

Exports & ecosystem

IFC, DXF and PDF sets ship, plus a material marketplace and furniture creator.

2026

58k drafters and counting

Studios, students and self-builders design on one model every day.

What we value

Precision first

A tool for drafters lives or dies on accuracy. We sweat snapping, dimensions and tolerances.

Accessible by default

No five-figure license, no lock-in. A student and a studio use the same editor.

One source of truth

If it's in the model, it's right everywhere. No drift between plan, 3D and data.

Fast, always

Speed is a feature. Plan-to-3D should feel instant, in the browser.
