How does billing work?+

Pick monthly or annual — annual saves 20%. You're charged per user, and you can change plans or add seats anytime from your account. Prices shown are in USD.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from your account in one click; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free. Your projects stay safe.

Is there a student discount?+

Students and educators get Pro free with a valid .edu (or equivalent) email. Verify once and it renews each academic year.

Does it work offline / on desktop?+

Yes. The desktop app (macOS, Windows, Linux) runs the same editor offline and syncs to the cloud when you reconnect — on both Free and Pro.

What happens to my exports if I downgrade?+

Files you already exported are yours to keep forever. On Free you can still export PDF sheets; IFC and DXF export require Pro.
