Privacy Policy

⚠ Placeholder privacy copy — standard SaaS headings for a lawyer to finalize. Not legal advice.

01Data We Collect

We collect: (a) account data you provide — name, email, and billing details; (b) content you create — projects, models, and drawings; and (c) usage and device data — such as feature usage, browser type, and IP address — to operate and improve the Service.

02How We Use It

We use your data to provide the editor and cloud sync, process payments, offer support, secure the Service, and communicate about your account. With your consent, we may send product updates — you can opt out anytime.

04Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or our in-app settings.

05Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payments, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Your project content is private to you unless you choose to share it.

06Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords and will notify you of any breach as required by law.

07Data Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You can delete projects or your account at any time; backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

08Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Submit a request through the contact details below; we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

09Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.

10International Transfers

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect your data.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect, and the “last updated” date above will change.

12Contact for Privacy

To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, reach our data team at privacy@3darch.app or via the contact page.
